CSL Elite PS4 on PC issue

Hi guys


just got my CSL elite bundle with LC upgrade for my pc. I’ve plugged it all in and downloaded various different drivers for it but when I open the fanatec software on the desktop it doesn’t show the picture of the wheel, it says the right model but when I select it it says connection issue. I’ve tried the wheel in rfactor 2 and all seems to work but I can’t get into calibration or test any of the wheel from the software. My load cell now seems to have died after a day and switched back to the original brake pedal and it’s working again but still can’t get software to work. Could it be a firmware issue as if I’m right I can’t change it without connecting to the software ?
