Hello .. Good night.
I'm having problems with my clubsport v2 steering wheel. He has only 4 months of use and is having the following problem: when playing iRacing he is stopping working, he is locking all commands. Initially this did not happen and in a few days now he started to present this problem sporadically and today it is mainly happening all the time. I already checked if it would be misplaced but it is not the case.
I had forgotten to say, I use podium advanced paddle module.
I use a DD2 base, driver 356, WB FW 670, WB MFW 38, SW FW 28, fanalab v1.24.

The steering wheel is making a noise similar to a ratchet, I'm sending a video below, please listen.
I also have the Podium R300 steering wheel with clubsport steering wheel universal hub and podium paddle advanced module, this set is working perfectly.

I've the same problem with my Formula V2 steeringwheel, if i start a GP/ time trail. I can shift to gear 3 or 4 and then my steeringwheel doesn't do anything more.
Only my pedals are working.
I have this problem now for 2 days.
Using a CSW V2.5 with driver 347
Is this only happening with iRacing? Have you tested without Fanalab running? The noise from your FV2 sounds like the vibration motors. Turn SHO Off and see if it still happens.
Also check to make sure the 5 screws inside the FV2 are not loose or broken.
No i'm playing F1 2019 on the Xbox one.
Screws are fine in the FV2
Yes, it only happens in iRacing, it's the only simulator I play.
Yes I also tested without Fanalab running and it presented the same problem.
I will turn off SHO and check if it will happen, return soon.

Dear Joseph, I started a practice session and about 30 minutes later the steering wheel stopped again, stop working. With the SHO setting turned off he did not show the ratchet noise that I had reported in the video.

I found the serial numbers in the boxes, but on the website there is no option to register the podium wheel base DD2 in my account - my products.
Where can I register?
I also couldn't find the serial number for my gearbox, clubsport shifter SQ V1.5, not in the box.

Dear Joseph Gossen, I noticed that the 4 screws inside and around the center of the FV2 were tight but not fully tightened.
I retightened them and after a long running session the steering wheel was fine, but when checking the tightness of the screws they had loosened a little, so I had to retighten them.
I wonder if this is normal?
It doesn't seem to be.
What if I have to retighten screws every time I participate in races or training sessions?
I wouldn't feel comfortable if this was necessary.

You shouldn’t have to tighten them more than once, if they were loose. Sometimes coming from manufacturing they are not fully tightened.

It seems to me that the screws are in need of a retightening again. But they are so fair and firm.
I am very sad about this whole situation.

Are all the pins (fittings) inside the FV2 the same size?
Because in my 02 steering wheels there is a pin (fitting) that is lower (smaller).
Is it normal?
Yes the shorter pin is normal.
