As stated in the Podium Advanced Paddle Module product page (Compatibility section), "some units may exhibit a deadzone on the analogue paddle axes". This affects some older ClubSport Universal Hub for Xbox One units. It can be fixed with a reflash, but this product does not have user-updatable firmware, so it must be sent to us to be reflashed. Please create a support ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account and we can help you with this.
