[Resolved] Faulty return shipping costs.

I am a bit confused, my formula v2 wheel arrived defective last Wednesday, I decided to return it the next day, in the information in the email it says I have to pay for the shipping, according to terms and conditions.
However, in the returns policy if I am returning the wheel by reason of a defect and is within the warranty period endor AG bears the cost.
Can someone enlighten me as to why I have to pay shipping for the return of a defective product I have not even been able to use.

Apparently from what I have red in some RMA cases, you pay the shipping and when they get back the product and examine it that it is indeed a faulty product then they will refund you the costs.
Better seek further clarifications with the sales guys

Yes this is definitely not correct, it was a misunderstanding. I can see that the team has been in touch already so I will mark this thread as resolved.
