RMA Replacement taking way to long

I have had my DD1 wheelbase in for RMA since September 5th. It was sent back due to a defect which would not allow the wheel to power on. However, when the unit was returned, it was in rough cosmetic shape, as well as the torque key was missing. I submitted the unit back for return and was granted a replacement unit. I shipped it back and it was received by the California RMA center on October 26th. I have not heard anything back on my replacement unit being shipped. It is now November 5th, two months without this product in working condition and I cant get any response from fanatec support on when the replacement will ship. I have been patient, but this is to the point of unacceptable. Please let me know how to get my replacement unit or I will be forced to file a complaint with better business bureau and open a small claims court to recover my costs. Thankyou
