Warranty DD2 5yrs only for first owner?

Hello

Someone stated that the 5yrs warranty is limited on the first owner. I do not see any such limitation. Neither on the product description, forum, AGBs or anywhere else. My assumption is that legally Fanatec would have a hard time to make this limitation if not explicitly mentioned in the product description or general conditions.

    Hi Marcel,

    Legally, the warranty is indeed for the first owner. However, we have always honoured the warranty for second-hand owners when they are able to provide the original invoice.
