V3i pedals, weird noise/feeling

Hopefully video comes through to best describe this issue. When pressing down on my brake pedal for my V3i pedals there is an audible squishy sound and it just feels soft. Anyone come across this before and have a fix?

    Hi Eric,

    That sounds like the damper. The softness can be adjusted either with the damper or with the main spring preload.
