V3 pedals not recognized by my pc via usb

After three days with csl elite steering wheel and v3 pedals, I still cannot use them, my pc does not recognize the v3 pedals in any way to assemble them at the wheel, do you have any solution?

    4 days I still can't start playing with my steering wheel and my v3 pedals. the pec does not recognize the pedals in any way, what should I do in this case? fanatec should have already given a solution to my problem and only refer me to follow the instructions
