Hello,
Just checking to see if this is normal operation. I recently just started to feel a very slight vibration on f1 wheel all the time when idle or not playing. Its not noticeable while driving. I just want to make sure wheel motors dont get burned out. Ive tried numerous drivers and firmwares all same thing.

I feel it on both sides.
Which firmware are you on? Sounds like Anti-Cogging which you will feel more so in lighter wheels.
Newest firmware, definitely feels like anti cogging. Wheel is otherwise flawless.
Are you sure that is not that very very very small vibration that is usually normal because of the magnets in the motor.
It is VERY small to the point you cant notice it at all when driving and barely noticeable when idle. I just wanna make sure its normal.
That's normal of every direct drive motor that I have tried that keeps power supplied to the motor at idle. There have been some (and probably still are) motors that cut the power to the motor when idle and so no vibrations are felt.
tl;dr - yeah, it's normal for that underlying vibration to occur at idle.
