Time frame on a refund?

Hi all,

Im curious to know the average time it takes to receive a refund from Fanatec once they have received the faulty equipment..

Anyone here who has gone through the refund process could you please kindly share your experience?

    It can take up to a week ( 5 business days) in most cases.

    It’s been 6 (business) days and still no refund. No reply to my emails, this is ridiculous

    Hi Chris,

    The sales team have confirmed with me that the refund was processed. I'm not sure about the email situation, I don't see much recent communication from you on our system so perhaps there was a technical issue there.

    Today I received a refund for the postage, but not for the faulty product.. Which refund are you referring to?

    Hi Chris,

    I checked again with the sales team. Both refunds were indeed processed, but certain refunds take longer, depending on the credit card used.
