V3 pedals + installation of BPK

Hi,

I'm having trouble (i think) with the installation of the BPK.

I unscrewed the small 2.5 allen, but this bar won't come out easy.

I'm pushing, it moves 1 or 2 mm, but then it looks stuck.

Is this normal, and should i just push harder?


Sorry if this has been asked before, but couldn't find it on the forum.

    Tap it out with a drift.

    It can develop a few scuffs over time which make it a bit more challenging to remove. add a bit of lube and push or tap it out as Gary mentioned..

    Thanks for the info. I tapped it out with a hammer.

    I was just scared to do it like this... On the video it looks as if it's falling out without doing anything to it...

    The allen screw gets tightened up so tight by factory, that there is a raised scuff on the bar. Which snags on the holes. When I put mine back together, I also put yoke with allen screw upwards, so make life easier.
