I am also writing here as I imagine you are very busy these days, I made an order (number 1184528) where on the invoice it is sent on 01/12/2020, but I have not yet received the shipping code. it's normal?

Yes it is normal. Tracking can take a few days to synchronise.

my shipping info was never available on the US site - but all the boxes just showed up today. !
