Clubsport V3 Brake pedal ghost input

I have an issue with my Clubsport V3 pedals. I've taken off the pedal plates to mount the D shaped pedal plates, and after I put them on, I started getting very slight ghost input on the brakes. It gets worse when I press the throttle and clutch. I know I can get rid of it using deadzone, but I'd prefer to not have to do that. Any way I can fix it apart from adding deadzone or loosening the pedal plate bolts (which I've already tried)?

Not really. It’s best to add just enough dead zone so it doesn’t show up. Not to mention it’ll help when you rest your foot on the brake pedal. If you had the pedals for a while then it’s natural since the sponge in the cylinder gets worn down.

what I might do or try is just keep hitting the set min button until the blip is gone. So technically not really setting a dead zone but more a recalibration.

  • Hi,

I have exactly same problem with brand new V3 pedals. Did you solve this problem anyway from driver, or it can solve only in game dead zone?

My car is always braking in iRacing.
