Advance paddle podium ps4

hi everyone, I would like to solve a small problem. i use a csl elite base for ps4 with formula v2 and paddle podium and play on ps4 at f1 2020. everything works perfectly except the high buttons of the paddle podiom, those does not recognize them. Has it happened to someone else? is there a way to fix maybe with an update? Thanks in advance for your answers
