Serial number doesn't work

I purchased a fanatec csl elite f1 set on the 27.11.2020. I've finally recieved it as a christmas present, but there are a few problems... First of all, the serial number on the box doesn't seem to work. I've tried a load of things but nothing has worked. An other problem I have, is my accelerator throttle. For some reason it doesn't work. Ovbiously I would have warranty for this, but I can't add a serial number to my product on the website. Please help.
