Cls elite wheel. With v2.5 base

I’m having problems with my base and wheel. The wheel has a . On the led screen and won’t allow me to change any settings on the cls elite wheel. The base won’t let me turn power off with button but works to turn on power. On the wheel I can scroll through the settings just cant change and of the values. The Xbox button no longer works and I can’t switch modes.

ive tried uninstalling and installing new drivers, I’ve checked the pins and there all there and none look broken. Any ideas??

    Can you try starting the wheel base not connected to anything and with the steering wheel removed. Then put the wheel on and see if that resolves the issue. Make sure the wheel is fully inserted so there is no missed communication between the wheel and base.

    I can start the base but it still won’t turn offeven without the wheel on it . It like once it turns on all buttons are locked
