ClubSports V3's With Shifter and Handbrake

Hey Guys,

I am currently waiting for my new pedals shifter and handbrake to arrive. i currently own a DD from sim experience and now considering the connectivity issues i am about to face. so here are my questions:

is it true i can connect my handbrake through the pedals to my pc?

if so can i also connect the shifter without any additional adapters? or will i need at least one RJ12 to USB adapter?

Also ,these are my first Fanatec products so i hope they really good, let me know what was your first?
