“The order is in process ”!!!!
I booking an order on January 6th, the item is “Open”status, and I have paid for them.But today is already January 11th, and my order is still in "Process” . Fanatec replied to my email, which explained that it could not be delivered because of FedEx.My situation is quite special. I am a fan in mainland China. I need to send Items to the United States and then transfer them to China.This means I have to spend more time than everyone, but I'm annoyed at this state of affairs, and I'd like to ask for help. What should I do?
How long have you been waiting to get your Item after your recent purchase?

I'm on week 2 of waiting. MANY OTHERS were posting last week about orders they placed prior to Christmas that haven't moved.
Looks like I have to wait patiently, I now restrain myself from looking at the order status less...
Suggestion - I was registered with FedEx Delivery Manager and I was automatically informed that my order was being sent to FedEx. Even though my order status on the Fanatec site has not changed, I know that my order is arriving on Friday from the FedEx alerts.
