I am posting this in the spirit of collaboration and may will save some time and anguish.


If you damaged the circuit board while installing the new paddle module, I can help. I may be the only one in the world, but I totally messed up installation of the Advanced Paddle Shifter module and damaged the board. Fanatec offered for me to buy the circuit board (PCBA) for $50 US versus sending the wheel back for repari. They said there was no support for the replacement. Anyway, I did it and if you have want to know how to do it, post here and I will help. It is very involved but totally doable.

    Hi Eric, I just experienced the same thing, the housing for the paddle shifter broke off the circuit board when removing the original paddle shift wires. How did you go about getting a replacement board from Fanatec? And how did you get it back into the wheel? For reference I have the clubsport formula v2.5x.
