Podium Button Module Endurance Not working

My PBME isn't recognized. I have tried every driver that's been suggested. Followed what guides I could find on here. But most are old.
I have put in a support ticket but have yet to hear back. based on most of the posts here they don't reply back.
My fear is the USB-C is bad just don't know if it's at the hub or the PBME The LCD of the PBME is on but extremely faint. Barely see it's on.
I even tried the new beta drivers and the setup manager and it won't
pick it up.

If the display is on but "faint" like you've described, it might be a bad port or your USB ports are maxed out in terms of power. I would try looking for a powered usb hub.
if everything else is working it might be exactly that, a bad USB port on your hub or the BME is bad in general unfortunately :(
his issue has nothing to do with the usb ports of his PC. either the USB port on his hub is bad or the BME.
I tried a powered hub and no change... I cant get Fanatec to respond in any way. not sure how to get an RMA done.

My only option is a service request... fortunately they actually got back to me just now. Let's hope they help.
My bad. I was thinking the USB C goes to the PC for whatever reason 🤦♂️
