Crushed clutch pedal cable -- Support unresponsive.

Hi everyone,

I have a set of CSL Elite LC pedals and when installing I cut/crushed through the cables of one of the by not realizing I was tightening over it. It was fine because I was not using a shifter and didn't need a clutch pedal -- However, now I'm thinking of buying the Clubsport Shifter and will need the third pedal. I've asked support if it's possible to send/buy a new potentiometer along with the shifter (so I don't pay shipping twice) but so far they have been completely unresponsive for several days. Is this usually the case?

I'm thinking about going with some external vendor if this continues. Do you have any suggestions regarding one?
