UNABLE to submit a support technical help request!!!!
I am upset, this is the umpteenth time i have tried to write a tech help request and every single time it says to enter a subject and a message (and i DID enter those, longer than the minimum requirements) and it says to start a support ticket, i hit that button and it zeros out the subject and message field and tells me to enter again from scratch...ARRRGHHH
Why does Fanatec make it SO HARD to reach customer support! I canNOT get my H pattern shifter to work and have been trying to figure this out for weeks, hitting my head on a wall.
What is the best way to actually get Fanatec technical support?
I am in Dallas Texas, what hours can i actually call them, and what number do i call?
Thanks

See my post here. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! I have been hitting my head on a wall for almost a month and can't get this damn thing to actually work, nor get any kind of help
This has been an issue for a long-time. I reported it months ago and my report was dismissed, I was told the form was definitely working. The website is an absolute mess and has been for years - clearly not their priority.
Customer service is clearly not their priority.
The form will NOT work for me, how the heck do i best contact customer service? I have heard horror stories about Fanatec's CS for years, but never bought anything from them. This shifter will the last thing i ever buy from them if their customer service doesn't quickly improve a lot. I am still open to them showing me that it is possible to contact and work with their customer service.
It seems like the only way to reach them is via phone (since the form doesn't work). When is the best time to call (i am in Dallas with CST) and what is the best number to call customer service?
you could call them now.
They make it hard to contact so you either give up and go away or until the warranty expired, whichever comes first.
It's a conspiracy! Lol.
Misunderstandings and lethargy perhaps produce more wrong in the world than deceit and malice do.
