calibration with the xbox one universal hub is not working.

i connected my xbox one universal hub to my csw v2.5 and did not do the calibration or firmware update first. (my mistake, in my defence the system came with 0 manuals). so now the wheel base locks my wheel and will not calibrate. aswell as my shifter is buggy and is showing wrong gears and not going into other gears etc. is there a way i can wipe all the drivers and re-install them? or is my wheel base too damaged and needs to be replaced, purchased 2 weeks ago from simulation1 racing.
