Shifter and Handbrake with USB Adapter Issues

I am not able to get a response with either of these since moving to using the USB adapter, they both worked fine when connected to the DD1 prior.


I have tried the latest Fanatec driver as well as rolling back. Both show up in the fanatec controller and allow me to update firmware, it just wont register any movement in the driver app or in game. I have tried multiple USB ports on my machine as well

Any thoughts here of what else I can try?
