i was sent an email from fanatec to send my pedals to a warehouse in California for repair, i googled the place and i dont feel comfortable sending it there any bettert place or phone number

my throttle pedal having issues and was trying to get new hall sensor

    This is the location where the repairs are sent. It is legitimate and you should not have any concerns about sending there.

    Yeah i felt the same way after checking out google street view as it shows a completely different company name on the warehouse. I sent my package and it was delivered July 22nd, but i can't seem to get any response from Fanatec on next steps or even just confirming that they received the package :(. I'm obviously worried given the value of my shipment as it had the steering wheel and base. I hope i get to hear from them soon! BTW my package was also sent to the care of Guadalupe Lopez
