Dd1 frozen

Hi there

was racing last night with my Dd1 on I racing fine and all off a sudden my wheel froze and just went bananas! I thought it was going to snap of my rig it was vibrating and shacking so bad ! I’ve not changed any drivers what so ever in ages and had been same set up for ages . when I start up now it just goes mad when it trying to do start up cycle and fan is stuck on all the time ? I’ve sent a email to fanatec but just wondering if anyone could put my mind at ease?
