How to: Support

 I'm new. How & where do customers start a support ticket?

    Go to your account and select my products.

    You should see all the products you have purchased with and the available actions next to each one. Select support, proceed.

    I haven't needed it myself so I don't know the rest of the steps. I guess you could also send an email
