Fanatec PBME Recovery Tool

Hi,
Does anyone have this ?
This is a tool which apparently could bring my dead PBME back to life.
The Fanatec support says they have emailed it to me three times but I have not received anything in Spam or any other inbox and my Gmail is working fine.
If anyone has it, please share and put me out of my misery.
