hello I have a dd1play base and the tire makes a constant noise when accelerating from the right side (like a fan or motor rubbing against something)

Has any partner happened to him?

I'm trying to manage the guarantee but I can't manage it through support. Can I send a request for an email?

    Looks like a bad connection? Like the wheel's pins, or the bases pin connector, has a problem.

    I had to rename your .rar files to .mp4 to play them.
