CLS load cell no detected (new Product)

HI, I buy A load cell pedal for Cls, change the central and connect all the pedals in the correct place.
The gas pedal and the cluth work fine bur the new pedal load cell not work. Is not detected by the pc. I dont have any digital movement when i move the pedal.
I actually live in Chile South America, I bought the pedal in usa.
Please Help me, the distance for me its a huge problem.

Double check that the cable for the brake didn’t get pinched or damaged during installation. It is really easy to do, being that there is not a lot of room to work with.
