Steering wheel control mapping templates?

I have two wheels and would find pre-configured templates I could print to record what I have each button/control set to. I've searched and haven't found anything, does Fanatec, or some enterprising user, have such a thing available?

    I've taken my templates from the PDFs (wheel page | downloads | quick guide) as the small images under button mapping scales really well. At 500% I then screen grab and use it as template (i.e print and scribble)

    1. In Adobe Reader, find the button mapping in the .pdf
    2. Under menu EDIT, look for "Take a Snapshot"
    3. Drag a box around what you want.
    4. Print.
