Lost communication with paddle shifters

Hello,

As it says in the subject line, I've lost communication with my Podium Advanced Paddle Module. When I open the Fanatec Wheel Property page, and pull back on either of the paddles, I don't get the blue dot indicating recognition of the movement of the paddles. The last time I had a problem similar to this, updating the firmware took care of it. Is this what you would recommend? I'm not sure which version I have - it's been a few months since I've gone through the procedure. Thanks.

    First thing I would check is that the connectors are securely plugged in. :-)

    I powered off both my computer and my DD1's power supply, and left them off overnight, then power both back on this morning, and the problem went away.
