McLaren Wheel V2 loses connection to Podium DD1 PS4

Dear all,

today I received a DD1 for PS4. Before I had a CSL Elite. I checked the drivers of the wheel and the base and tested the new system on GTS. Everything was fine but after 2 laps there was no FFB anymore. Then the wheel lost the connection to the base. In addition, the message „Attention enable torque“ showed up. Sometimes even the display of the base turns black. Same issues after switching the base of and on. There are no problems with the F1 and CSL wheels! Everything works fine with both of them.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
