Steering wheel disconnects at fill left or right lock

Hi All,

I am experiencing an issue, I have moved house recently but appropriately packaged and secured my devices Clubsport 2.5 Wheel base and the Forza Wheel with the V3 pedals, today I just tried to play a bit of Euro Truck Simulator 2 to just chill out and drive and upon inputting full lock a weird slipping noise can be heard immediately after the wheel goes dark and disconnects from the PC.

Has anyone experience this and may know how to troubleshoot?
