WTB 27" or larger 4k HDR Monitor(s)

I am taking a look around to see if I can find a good deal on two monitors or a big widescreen. 99% of my sim-racing right now is done in iRacing in VR, on the Pimax 8Kx and my 3090. I currently have 2 x 65" LG CX OLEDs that I was thinking of turning into triple 65", but they are both HDMI 2.1 with no display ports. My 3090 only has a single HDMI connection, but 4 DP.

In the interim, I decided to hook up my Asus Rog PG27UQ 27" 4k 144hz monitor to my cockpit for the occasional non-VR game and use the LGs for normal gaming.

Ideally, id like to find 2 x Asus 27" 4k monitors for a great price, (or similar quality that would work with the Asus bezel kit) and have a good option for VR and non-VR.

I would also be interested in a single, large, curved widescreen that's the equivalent of ~4k at 120hz or high refresh / or a 1440p x2 style with high refresh rates.
