Missing Order after paying with Paypal

I just placed an order and then paid for it with PayPal. This payment is also listed as complete with PayPal. However, this order is not listed on the fanatec site. But I also have an invoice number with PayPal. Does it take until the order is visible in my profile?

    Read somewhere someone else had experienced that before too. Give it 24hrs.

    It is also possible that the payment was triggered before the order was able to fully complete. If this is the case, you would need to contact customer service, and they can initiate a refund. You can reach us through the website by selecting 'Contact' at the top of the page followed by 'I have a question about my order'. Or you can try the live chat, which is active whenever the headset icon is shown on the site.
