Problem trying to submit a support request

Hi, i have tried submitting a support request for problems with my Clubsport Formula v2 wheel, which is registered under my account. I fill in all the details requested, and then when I finally click on the Submit Support Request button at the bottom of the page, everything I have typed in disappears and says that I need to enter a Subject even though I did this when I started to fill out the form. Tried this 4 times without success. What am I doing wrong?

I've noticed that there does seem to be a fair number of users who have issues with the support forms. Not sure why. I'd recommend clearing browser cache/cookies, trying with a different browser, or perhaps a different device altogether.
