Warranty Expiration Dates
Quick question...I placed an order for a number of items back in July. My order was just processed last week on the 10th. I looked on the my products page and can see all of the items that I ordered. The warranty expiration date on these items is July 16, 2022 (one year from the date that I ordered, but not one year from when shipped or when I have the items. Doesn't it seem that warranty should run for a year from when an item is in-hand? I hate to lose 5+ months of warranty time while waiting for the products ordered to become available.

That is a bit concerning to be honest.
Where do we see the warranty expiration date?
I would say keep a copy of the proof of delivery confirmation. I am sure Fanatec will honour the warranty from the date of receipt from the shipping company.
If a warranty claim needs to be made Fanatec will take everything into consideration. Bring it to attention and there should be no issue. Once the order has been shipped, if you check the “Orders” page and then look at the invoice for the order it will have the ship date on it, if you need to print it out or have need of proof.
The warranty starts when the product is shipped, not when it is ordered.
I had this problem but 10 mins on live chat and they sorted it.
Thank you guys. The dates appear on the My Products page under Customer Account.
From your products page, select the item and send “support” a message and tell them the date should be the date the item was sent and they will amend.
