DD2 + ClubSport Universal Hub V2 (CS_UH_V2) not working

Hey there,

another Fanatec Product, another problem :D

I bought a Clubsport universal hub and wants to use it on my dd2. But the dd2 just say that the Wheel is not supported and i shuold do a fw update.

Nothing changed after the update (Base DD2 689, Motor DD2 41, QR 6)

It still says "Steering Wheel not supported! Please Update the Firmware"

In the Firmwaremanager is no wheel to update. he didnt noticed the wheel.


What have i done wrong? I followed all instructions

    it is just dead....

    I ordered 3 items from Fanatec. 2 of them were directly defective. The DD2 and the universal hub, I know that Fanatec will replace the items.

    On the part of Fanatec, I'm always the ass who, despite the video, first has to send the article back until a new article is sent out. i ordered the universal hub in september and received it after 2 months, no problem. But what is going on with the quality control?


    For all the pain that I have to experience, fanatec can actually throw out a compensation gift ...


    i'm pissed off


    But maybe I did something wrong ... let's see what the support says
