Order delivery uncomplete

Hi there,

on Black Friday I ordered a QR1 and the CSL pedals tuning kit. Today UPS only delivered the QR1 and the CSL pedals tuning kit is missing. According to the webpage it seems to be one delivery. Did anyone else had the same experience? It is a little bit disappointing actually.

    This is normal, from my experience. They count as one shipment, but are shipped in separate boxes and sometimes can get separated. Give it another day or two and you should receive the rest of your order.

    Hope it works out this way. It is odd as you have only one UPS Number in the order overview though. I will keep you posted.
