CSL Pedals, nothing happens when i push the pedals?!

I got the csl pedals and clubsport usb adapter (got thrustmaster base).
i have installed drivers/firmwire and all that but nothing happens when i push down the pedals for pedal setup/calibration.. its like theres no power from them. i have uninstalled and installed different drivers, tryed 3 usb ports and nothing happens? What do to? :(
in fanatec wheel property page it says: FANATEC Clubsport USB adapter (pedals mode) and then in function test/update (pedals picture shown CSL P (no glutch) nothing happens when i push down the pedals

The Fanatec software is a buggy mess. Have you tried them in a game - can they be mapped there?
ill tryed in F1 21 and ACC.. its like they got no power or something.. nothing happens -_-
Same problem here. Opened a ticket already. Tried several drives / firmwares. None of them worked. Clubsport adapter is installed, but pedals wont work. In Windows and in every game.
Hi! Have you fixed the problem yet? I started a ticket to, they wanted me to try another rj12 cabel, i have Done that now, at first when i opened the program it sayed, break on 6% then disapeard. So i still got the same issue.. thinking about order a new adapter or sell them and go full thrustmaster.. :(
I already resent my pedals back to Fanatac. Still waiting for respsonse. Did a test on the cable with a RJ12 Tester -> worked proberly.
Final Update: defect on pedals. Switched by Fanatec, new should arrive this week.
