I need a FANATEC rep to explain how this makes sense to me. Please view attatched screen shot.
Bcuz im close to canceling. Either FANATEC priotizes to EU thus running out of stock and pushing your date back or they fuck up your order number and proccess newer orders aheahd of previously made ones.
***like im trying to be patient and understanding but then i see this and it infuriates me. Same country. Person orders 3 days AFTER ME. Already got tracking info.

Did you try track your order at UPS tracking web page?

There click "Track by Reference Number" and to "Shipment Reference" put your Fanatec order number and fill other info needed.
I ordered from Fanatec multiple times but there is few when I didn´t got tracking info from them but always worked from UPS tracking.
You need to mind your language. You have been cursing in multiple posts for days. I understand your frustration, but when you use language like that, do you really think anyone at Fanatec wants to help you.
I apologize for the language but its just ridiculous how this is possible. Delibirate or mix ups its not acceptable

Very much agree, when you have spent your money on a service/product that have not met your expectations, your frustrations are justified. Just try to stay as positive as you can, in the end it will put things in your favor.

I have always had good service from Fanatec, but if you have not, then you most definitely deserve and are due that same level of service. Fellow customers/consumers WILL stand in your corner and support you if you do not ultimately receive service that is up to standards. Good communication is key…..here’s looking at you Fanatec.
To my knowledge , fanatec ships directly from NA for orders from NA, my package always say it’s coming from Suddath Global Logistics located in CA. So I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with prioritizing eu orders.
Yeah but it's still gotta get to Fanatec's American distribution center from where it's made, and doesn't that currently take longer than european shipping?
I’m just saying if the product is already here in NA, it would have been shipped out no matter what the EU orders are doing. Also OP should try contacting the customer service directly, I have nothing but good things to say about their responsiveness. I recently purchased the Porsche Podium GT wheel package, and my BME had a broken screen. Messaged them and got a reply with a shipping label within a day, got a replacement a week later but the funky switch behaves kind of twitchy, goes back and forth when turning, got another replacement right away no questions asked.

Yeah I would say just cancel your order. Theb mine might come sooner... hehe
