No invoice after payment the order

I already order Gt Dd Pro Premium in My Account, and the purchase has taken place, where the money in my account has been transferred to fanatec, about $ 1003 but there is no invoice, and when i see order menu, there is no order status, can you help me with this problem,

    If you have used the bank transfer method it might take a few days.

    If it was done via credit card there might was a hang in their system and didn't get registered.

    To be on the safe side better contact Fanatec directly to inquire regarding it.
