NOOB Question re: PS4 Podium DD1 Tuning Setups

I'm new to Fanatec, just upgrading from TM, please forgive my ignorance. Searched and haven't really found an answer. So each racing game has different/ unique wheel tuning setups recommended, but there are only 5 setup slots in the wheel. What do people do who play more than 5 games?

    Play on PC and use Fanalab. Then you have unlimited profiles.

    Or use one of the 5 profiles to change constantly when you play some games you play less. Sometimes some games work good with same wheel settings as another game and the rest is done in the different games.
