ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5X - pins at the back bent

I have finally got around to trying and installing my new wheel (ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5X).

The problem is that I thought I’d installed it correctly, but when I took it back out some of the pins at the back were bent out of shape.

I’ve tried to correct a couple of them but obviously some are still pretty screwed.

I’m outside the 14-day return window so I can’t take it back. Does this come under warranty?

Any suggestions on what to do? Do I have to buy a new wheel?

All I want is for this to be fixed and to get the wheel working, I know I can't get my money back for it but I'd rather avoid spending another few hundred on another wheel because of this.

EDIT: I've tried to add some photos to demonstrate but that post is awaiting approval.

    User damage won't be covered by warranty for obvious reasons. Best bet is to contact support who are best placed to help with the repair.
