CSL Elite Pedals Load Cell Kit

Hello everyone,
In July 2021 my wife gave me the CSL Elite Pedals pedal set. I don't have a Fanatec base and consequently it is connected with the USB adapter. I wanted to buy the load cell kit, but unfortunately it was no longer available. My question is: is the load cell kit of the CSL Pedals pedal set compatible with the Elite? I had contacted fanatec immediately after receiving the pedal set and they had assured me that the new kit would be compatible with my Elite. I have some doubts. What can I do?

No, the new Load Cell Kit for the CSL Pedals is not compatible with the old Elite set.
You need to look for a used Load Cell Kit on used market like ebay.

Maurice is correct. I looked at the communication you received from Customer Service and it appears that the agent was misinformed and gave you the wrong answer there. I'm very sorry about this - we will take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
