GT DD Wheel Base Pro Repair query
Apologies if I am starting this in the wrong forum.
I took delivery of GT DD Pro earlier this month, unfortunately the wheel base was slightly damaged with broken / cracked plastic on the outer casing despite no evidence of damage to the packaging etc.
I have raised this through customer support who have promptly replied and arranged for a collection of the defective product to be assessed / repaired / replaced, so no issues there. However, despite asking for clarity, it is unclear what exactly I am meant to return to them: The damaged wheelbase only or the entire package (wheelbase / steering wheel / pedals / cables etc)?
My collection is due in less than 48 hours so would appreciate any assistance in advance of having to package the goods for return
