Formula V2 Unable to Update

Hi guys,

I'm stuck on updating the firmware of my Formula V2. The manager find that the wheel need an upgrade but then it remain on this status.

Wheel base update was ok.

Anyone figure out how to install the update?

My formula V2.5X also had this problem when upgrading the V44, and now I can only use the V43

Has there been a resolution to this issue? I just got new steering wheel base and in properties it shows there's an update, but I get the same error

I fix it by using another laptop.....
