GT7 MFD buttons thumb sticks not working

Hi,
Seems like I am not the only with this, in GT7 the game specific MFB thumbstick do not work. Is this a driver issues or a game issue. Very disappointing this key feature of the wheel is redundant.

For me they are working fine.
Not every car Supports the feature which the Dpad would engage, it's only working on cars which support it. So the blue Dpad only works for cars which have TC, the red one only works for cars which support Brake Balance etc.
That's very interesting, but I can say that cars with TC are not responding to the input. Do you have a car you know works that I can cross check?
I am currently doing the license tests and pretty much every car except the Rally cars have TC where the blue Dpad is working perfectly fine for me. In the Rally car in IB5 or so the red Dpad works fine for Brake Balance adjustment so in general the Dpads are working, the car just has to support it.
Ah okay, I did try on licenses and there was no change, I think there is something else going on like the wheel is not being picked up as a DD PRO wheel. I would love to have someone from Fanatec weigh in on this.
I have the same issue.
Also the feedback feels very muted and weird compared to GT sport. I'm getting zero warning on oversteer. Something is very wrong for me.
I've adjusted the settings as recommended by fanatec for GT7, but no difference sadly.
I have the same issue, my DD Wheel rim is being picked up as the CSL Elite rim for some reason. It's not anything to do with the cars as I can adjust TC and BB etc using the directional thumbstick, but none of the 4 MFD specifc buttons are working...
It worked absolutely fine on GT Sport.
Are you guys all using the purple compatibility mode maybe?
Of course it's only working in blue PS5 mode...
As said working fine for me... Strange that for others it's not.
FWIW make sure to be on the very latest Firmware included in Driver 439.
I'm on the latest driver, playing on PS5 in 'blue mode'. As I said, it was completely fine on GT Sport on PS5, but not GT7. When I go into the controller menu on GT7 the buttons are mapped as if it's the CSL Elite Wheel rather than the GT DD wheel, really strange and frustrating.
Ah i am in Purple mode. I shall try Blue mode. Bugger, that's so silly of me. I shall report back later on today.
Very interested to see if that solves the issue for you...
I was also a dummy in purple mode.
mfd buttons now work as intended in blue mode.
Feedback still feels very muted compared to GT sport, but maybe I just need to get used to it.
