Clubsport Formula Carbon recognized by Fanalab/Control Panel but not working

Hello - I have a Clubsport Formula Carbon that is having the issue stated in the title of the thread. When I mount the rim, the lights will turn on for a split second, but after that I am unable to get any LED's to display or any button on the wheel to work.
I have a BMW rim that is working without any issue.
Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, please let me know how you corrected it.

Hi Robert,
That sounds like a possible connection problem within the quick release. You could checking for any loose bolts on the inside of the QR (near the pins, on both wheel-side and base-side). If that doesn't help, please open a support ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account.
